First time Unifi subscriber...
I applied 100Mbps/RM89 on Tuesday morning and the installer came Thursday afternoon. Now I'm getting 90 - 100Mbps DL and around 45Mbps UL No trial speed upgrade as before. No bill waiver Received:- Fibrehome PON ONU D-Link DVG-F2452 |

Received my first Unifi bill today (first time subscriber)
Even though I subscribed to the RM89/100Mbps plan my first bill shows the monthly charge to be RM99 Can I complain via 100 number? |
