Just wondering if we are on the 500mbps speed, how fast should the 2.4ghz achieve?

I tried my speedtest and after the upgrade the maximum speed was 120mbps for my 2.4ghz and 500 on the 5ghz band.

I was getting the same speed when I was on the 300mbps for the 2.4ghz. Should I call CS and complain?

I got the same screen. Just feel abit funny if I gets 500mbps but plan show otherwise. Hahaa

how many more month contract u still have for the existing plan before u managed to swicth to SWU 3.0?

There was a bro here already tried to ask for SWU 3.0 also under contract but was told cannot proceed, must wait till contract ended then can. 😅

Guys, what are your current  plan (before SWU3.0)? I think other than contract length remaining, current plan also plays role in HQ approval. Ex: SWU2.0 > SWU3.0 can enjoy 6 months + 6 months free bills. The HQ must be taking this into consideration.

Don't forget the T&C of the free speed upgrade; any plan (except 2G and other plan specified ) prior to 5th October get the upgrade. See the confusion?

2. CAMPAIGN ELIGIBILITY
a) The Campaign is specially offered to existing Unifi customer (residential & business)
who subscribe to any of the Unifi Home or Business package prior to 5 October 2023,
except:
i. Customer which resides in non FTTH area (i.e. VDSL, SUBB, ADSL);
ii. Customer who subscribed to max speed available (i.e. 2 Gbps plan);
iii. Customer who subscribed to any subsidized package (i.e. Pakej POP, Pakej

iv. Customer who subscribed to plan with Fixed IP;
v. Customer who subscribed to TM Staff Plan
vi. Customer who subscribed to other than Unifi Home & Business Broadband (i.e.

b) However, the eligibility for speed upgrade is subject to further changes, at TM’s
absolute discretion, without prior notice to Customer.

reading the intent behind T&C carefully,

• FSU2023 campaign is to upgrade to next speed from subscribed speed for the same subscribed price as-it-is on 4th October

• Those who disagree with next speed increase for price as-it-is, but instead wants different price or wants to go different speed than what FSU2023 offers, they are allowed to change plan with new contract to their exact intended speed and price.

reading together, that means those who changed plan since 5th already forfeited their entitled FSU2023, as they already have an intended target speed, price, and/or purpose, and they have opted to supersede what FSU2023 is offering by signing a new contract for such-and-such speed at such-and-such price.

to otherwise demand that they should still be included for FSU2023 entitlement is pure gambling under budibicara leniency. and greed.

I am not surprised about the article. Even the author of routersecurity.org mentions to avoid all consumer-grade router solution due to serious flaw in their code design. Even ASUS falls under this category. The only reason I be a brand advocate for ASUS is due to its flexibility of supporting open-source firmware like Asuswrt-Merlin and only promoting the HND models supported by RMerlin himself. Only in worst case scenario that requires me to have temporary access to the internet, I will pick ASUS routers over any brands.

From the plan name should know, if there's only one plan name with swu 3.0 then speed is the same.
