So you get which notification? 1 or 2?

So, i think for those 2 camps with itemised billing still written 300Mbps (instead of 500Mbps) will get notification "eligible".

Those with itemised billing already written 500Mbps will get notification "already upgraded".

Just my initial theory..

Those not eligible maybe need to manual chat the CS or file a report. You know Unifi have so many kind of plan name, plus the chaos during the last turbo upgrade, plus a lot of promo package and yep. Not to mention those who succesfully customised the bundle by deleting add ons. A lot of package list there until TM also lost track which one is which 😁

RM99 - 100Mbps
RM119 - 300Mbps
RM189 - 500Mbps
RM259 - 800Mbps
RM269 - 1Gbps
RM329 - 2Gbps

This is the new, after MSAP plan aka After Upgrade. If you opt for this, you no longer get the Turbo Upgrade.

Will get 300Mbps at RM99

So basically those SWU2.0 who are still within contract can use this method. RM129 Broadband Only upgrade to RM149 Broadband + TV UPB bundle. You will get further 6 months free bills.

For the next 2 years,
New SWU3.0 + TV UPB Plan : RM157.94 x 18 Months = RM2843
Stick with old SWU2.0 Plan : RM136.74 x 24 Months = RM3282

You end up with cheaper average bills.
Assume no very cheap SWU4.0 coming.

Do they talk about penalty? I'm afraid they just approve but later got penalty in bill..

SWU2.0 300Mbps here. Contract still have 1year+. Just get back from TM Point. Ask for SWU3.0 RM119 upgrade. The staff say cannot. Die die ask if can help. He said he is willing to help, but there are no option to choose in the system. Need to wait 2025 after contract end. Haish..

Dang.. You are like me still 1 year contract remaining. But the staff does not allow me to upgrade to SWU3.0.. haish..

I'm SWU2.0 still got a year contract. The staff don't allow. Not becoz he himself don't allow, but he said the option does not appear yet in the system bcoz i'm still within contract. Don't know how other people can get.

Hi sifus, SWU3.0 100Mbps RM99 can get speed upgrade 300Mbps or not?

At the moment i stay with SWU2.0.
Went to TM Point on Thursday but no luck. The staff said my contract still long 1 year+. No bargain power, but worth trying.

Guys, what are your current plan (before SWU3.0)? I think other than contract length remaining, current plan also plays role in HQ approval. Ex: SWU2.0 > SWU3.0 can enjoy 6 months + 6 months free bills. The HQ must be taking this into consideration.

New bill has come out today. Have received free speed upgrade on 7th Oct (300Mbps >> 500Mbps). Bill details still not change. Same like last month (Unifi Advance 300Mbps). Unifi apps notification also still not updated (still eligible for fsu)
