I feel TS is using the scan to verify its original or not. Because i feel like if that company did not have valid tax sticker, then very likely its pirated. And he overpaid for pirated products.

On the other side, probably the company pirated the sticker and not the liquor as to not paying the taxes.

If TS has solid confirmation that the liquor is genuine and the problem is only about the customs sticker, i do not think he would post this at all.
