I bought two bottles of Omar whisky from Shopee Mall eLuenHeng. They are quite expensive cost me about RM687.

But both of them don't have valid setem cukai. I use app Setem Cukai by JKDM to scan the QR.

Shopee don't accept invalid setem cukai as reason to return for refund and sided with seller.

Can threaten to complain to KPDNKK or report to Customs

if not satisfy just go to government portal n complain both of them, shopee n seller

I made a report to JKDM this morning. But not sure they will take action or not.

For these two Omar setem cukai, one point to another whisky, one is verification failed.
I buy liquor from other Shopee Mall, no such issues at all.

I can tell you the system may have problem.

This root problem doesn't come from LH but the system from logistics and customs itself.

You still never list down your reason for rejecting other than stem cukai cannot be found.

Setem Cukai is one of the most important tool to verify an authentic whisky.
You really think our market have no counterfeit whisky?
And you think our government has nothing better to do so to offer QR code for verification?
