yessss i'm a babolat user!!! aeropro drive to be exact... i love it to death
but my wrist/elbow cant take it. I was running poly 58lbs on it... now i'm
on a softer wilson racquet with prince synthetic gut 55lbs... i tried it today
& amazingly my elbow pain lessen.
With the babolat, i guess its ok if i were to play like 2-3 times a week..
but problem is i play almost everyday... so the pain is there after every
session, the pain is everlasting day after day... cos i play everyday, lol...
Taking 1 month off eh... good idea, but i'll be bored to death.... any
suggestion on what to do during the 1 month tennis holiday?

String movements are due to string material, construction & tension.
Some string move more than others, most polyester based strings
doesnt move a lot.... most synthetics do.

Dont let that bother u so much... playability of a string is more
important. But its kinda irratating when the string movements are
excessive & they create a meteor hole on your string bed everytime
u drive a topspin...... zzzzzzzzzzzzz

i play with a 12 year old kid ... he is a mssn school player. His mom send him to a lot of coaching.
How old is your daughter? It is better to start really early.. like 5.

Most of the theory is about the same....
The strokes are similar but need bigger swing
*
there are huge swings in table tennis too, especially if u need to
counter a strong chop with a top spin drive.. all attacking
forehands in table tennis end with the arm above the head or
across the body similar to tennis. One thing u can bring from
your pingpong to tennis is your knee bending... all pingpong
players bend their knees... u dont stand straight while playing pingpong.
A lot of tennis players on the recreational level are lazy to bend
down a bit for their groundstrokes.
