I am!  thumbup.gif

In fact, I was trying out the new strings on my K-Surge last Saturday... Turns out, I can't use that racquet properly anymore... Control quite bad. But when I switched to the K6-1, then everything was great. I guess the K-Surge not suitable for my swing anymore...

Aiks, I tested my friend's Ksurge before my semester break. Very nice racquet actually, feels light but solid when hitting the ball.

If want let go at cheap price hor.. don't forget me brows.gif drool.gif

artemis348, those prices are racquet only... or the shop got include in stringing?

I casually asked my regular shop for nblade, he did say below RM400 with strings.. Just wanna compare price a little.. Not many choices of shops for racquets in Melaka sad.gif.

RM60-70??? Sure is expensive...

How durable are they? I'm currently using Ashaway Crossfire (RM35) and they don't last very long even for the 16 gage one (tied at 60lb). Only last me bout 3 weeks (playing bout 3-4 times per week).. Though I think it is probably caused by my racquet... Hybrid Shark OS (110sq and 16x19 string pattern)... gap between strings are kinda huge...

Err, Ashaway Crossfire II I think... hybrid strings right? My usual shop selling for RM35 including stringing lo.

I don't think he has Luxilon... the strings he offer are pretty much limited lo... So of all I took this Crossfire since most durable among all I've used.

A bit regret getting that Shark leh.. Especially OS.. -.- Should have went with MP.. (Though I have a feeling he nv tie properly.. after 2 weeks or so the tension became super loose already..like lower than 55lb ._.)

Your racquet will probably end up looking pretty silly when the paint starts coming off, though. And your tennis balls will be full of red hashes. At least you'll know which ones are yours...

LOL, reminds me of my friend.

Was playing yesterday in campus and the balls got mixed up.. and the only way I could recognise which are mine are the "black color lines" on them.. Cause my friend went to paint the 2 black lines on his pure drive dry.gif.

And meh, sad.gif string burst again yesterday... Wasn't playing much at all due to exams and then holiday so no kaki... Time to find a new racquet.. this Hybrid Shark OS cost too much on maintainence =/ Looking on Nblade and Npro biggrin.gif. Friend asked a shop already, RM400 for nblade and RM380 for npro open. (Strings included..) Good deal?

Thinking of going for nblade instead of npro open but afraid the string bed might feel dead because of the dense string pattern...

Hi guys!
I need your guys opinion
I'm currently using a old junior racket(Dunlop X10 junior)...

I'm thinking of changing it now
and my lecturer offer me to buy a Price Triple Threat Force racket...
he said normaly it sells at rm180-190...but he sells for rm140
how about it?is it a good deal?

I'm thinking of buyting the Price Triple Threat Scream:
http://www.tennis-warehouse.com/descpageRCPRINCE-TTSCRM.html

from the link above...it sells for less than rm240(including shipping)...
but my lecturer said that this Prince TT Scream cost about 400 bucks over at malaysia...
so...how?

got any good recommendation on a racket with a budget of rm100-200?
or should i just buy that Price Triple Threat Force?
(have been searching for awhile...but i still can't find any info about the Prince TT force on the internet)blink.gif

I've used this Scream and am using it now since my Hybrid Shark string burst again and haven't got time to restring it.

It is a very nice racquet, light and very spin friendly.

I managed to get hold of a nblade recently.. It felt more powerful than my npro open actually... And I always thought nblade = control... No idea what strings was on it or the tension.. is some brown color string (same color as the paint job on the nblade lol)

Yea, I read the review on talktennis forum before. Apparently not that good compared to the original nblade or something. Which Jusco I not sure.. But definately a new one.. Probably the one in Sunway Pyramid? (I not from KL tongue.gif so not too sure)

gila...RM2k....here can get 4 pcs  k factor six-one tour
*
2k RMB.. not RM2000 la...Convert over bout RM900 lol.. Super expensive tongue.gif

Oh yea, just wondering when your string burst.. usually is it the mains or the cross? I usually burst at the mains (crossfire, the kevlar part)...but this time few times is the cross instead... String was still looking good, but Saturday it got wet then Monday went to play burst already aiseh... Used crossfire 16 and 17 both burst at the cross.. Maybe should try 18 this time...

I used 16L and then when the cross break instead, then the guy stringing told me to take 17L instead because the cross is always the same thickness (16L) regardless of what the main is...

So since my main doesn't burst but cross instead, maybe I could try 18 for better comfort? biggrin.gif. But thinner main will cause the cross to burst faster?

Something like,
16L kevlar mains 16L synthetic cross vs 18L kevlar mains 16L synthetic cross?

Yeah, the K factor line for Blade series.

Got a few models, 98 and tour. OS is the one used by Serene Williams and Venus Williams.. (The limited edition black and white one).

uhuk-uhuk, I only tested nblade once.. and found it quite nice to use. Didn't felt like it lack of power actually..maybe the weight compensated for it already. Comparing it with my npro open actually.. i read reviews in the internet back then everyone complain say no power.. but the one i used didn't lack of power at all.

Watched TV yesterday, saw the replay of Serena Williams versus Lucie Safarova. New Kfactor design seems alright.. with the k factor naming on the bumper of the racquet head.. And Safarova seems to be using K pro, not sure which variant.

Wilson Evolution not bad actually, just would have prefered if the middle part is using the leather-ish type of material instead of the white soft material..
