umm well HELP team basically confirmed year in year out lo because we can fill the whole team with national or state players. but if we have 2nd team then we'll have a qualifying

nola every year usually the same national players will play for HELP... unless they no longer study at HELP then only we'll need to rope in new team members.. but like this new year since 1 national player go off we added another new national player to join HELP
