i figure out that i don't have the right attitude when playing sports. i juz play leisurely eg. some balls i lazy to hit, not concentrating well. maybe det's y cant improve

juz had my racquet restringed but while playing the string lari from original position. last time the string also din lari after hitting alot of times ><

haha. i hit hard the ball fly. stil dunno how to spin properly yet. i guess i played badminton too much until i unintentionally force myself to swing my wrist more
