nowdays i see alot posting this so make ur facebook won't lag

i already follow the instruction there,but once i click save,it jumps out say save as
furthermore,once i click yes to save,it say me don't have permission to save,ask me contact administrator
lolx,my computer just got 1 user account which is administrator
then,it ask me to save as my document,so i save it
but,seems like no changes when i run CMD,and type ping www.facebook.com
still 305ms =_=
what problem ?
using windows 7 professional 32bit ~

now facebook quite smooth already for me ~

haiz my sister fb account application auto clear it
luckily my sister application come back just now ~

me always turn off my chat except friends want to chat wif me then on awhile ~

no problem on login until now

wah dunno why today facebook got problem
comment keep disappear
and once chat with fren = auto offline
even use my android also can't chat =_=
