GXBank also calculate day rest about 3-5% per annum and pay daily …

First 5k in each pocket gets 5%, subsequent 3%.
So you can have multiple pocket of 5k.
The word “each” means can be more than one eligible.

They should add more functionality to the app.
Say you want to pay for something using the ewallet, you are allowed to only scan the merchant's QR code yourself, there is no fucntionality for the merchant to scan your QR code during payment.

There is also no bill payment, how can I pay my bills using GX Bank ?

You guys activated the GX Bank debit card function? Will get actual debit card or just digital version thru the APP?

As a workaround, you can use the debit card for bills that accept card payment. Gives you a 1% cashback too for some.

dude, it's marketed as a digital bank. these are essential features, it's a MUST have for a "Digital Bank" not nice to have.

everything is done via the app, and ONLY the app. so these functions must already be in place., for a Digital Bank.

some merchants prefer to scan QR code from your phone instead of you scanning their code.

But as someone mentioned, they should roll out these features in the coming months, then that's ok.

for me , there is no benefit on using qr code scan on gxbank. i will use debit card which can get 1% cashback or if merchant want scan qr code ( I will just use ewallet to get point).

not all places accept debit . credit cards. you see plenty of small time traders, restaurants displaying only Duit Now QR code at their premise or they just accept hard cash. I went to Bila Bila Mart, they do not display a QR code but instead wanting to scan QR from my phone, since GXBank app cann't display QR code to merchant, i just let them scan from my M2U app instead.

1% cash back isn't much for a low spender like me, I do not bother on that. You need to spend RM5K just to get a measly RM50. I prefer keeping less physical cards in my wallet. Digital means nothing physical, minimalist. Anyway, I'm sure they will improve their app, it's just a matter of time, I believe it will be soon.
