i have been to australia multiple times with instant approval for ETA before covid. then last year apply again and they require submit attachments,etc

all in all, took me 6 weeks from 1st day of applying until approval.

so u just need to wait only. if you buy flight ticket but ETA rejected then you even rugi more

unfortunately you have to wait at least 3 months to try again and no other agent can help you with this

i applied for ETA in 2022 and only submitted bank statement without employment letter, accommodation and flight ticket and got it approved after 3 weeks. same goes to my mum.
my aunt who applied around the same time get rejected with the reason insufficient supporting documents but she submitted FD statement. she tried again after 2 months also rejected but 3rd time approved when she try again after 1 year.

looks like i need to apply ETA visa again now as i have to attend graduation ceremony in adelaide this april.
let's see how it goes provided i got it approved around 2 years back without using it lol

ps. MAS ticket damn exp but the only flight with no stop

They asked for supporting documents even though they approved mine on 2022 on same passport. i provided them pay slip, bank statement and housing utilities

I think there was a system maintenance last few days even though i submitted the application last friday and still waiting for approval.

Im not sure if they will judge based on your travel history to Australia as i was once a student in Melbourne with multiple trips to Australia after that but still asked to provide supporting documents.

I only submitted bank statement wand national identity back in 2022 and got approved but this time I submitted more financial documents just to be sure

The only document i didn't provide is the family composition form which should not applicable for Malaysia right
