Australia Visa, Need Advice

Quick question on ETA, after I submit my application through the app, I got an email asking me to submit further information through the ImmiAccount, but I couldn't retrieve my application using the "Import Application" link, it says my reference number could not be found.
Did anyone encounter the same issue? Should I just start a new application throught the ImmiAccount website? |

Makes money for the Australian government when Malaysian's pay AUD190 for the 600 on top of the AUD20 they paid to lodge the 601. haya liked this post

Just to share, initially when I tried clicking on the link in the ETA pdf, it doesn't work, it turns out my antivirus had remove the script when the file was downloaded to my PC, I had to restore the script from my antivirus for the link to work
