Just put an order for RM58 package to try out. if not getting 5G then will cancel it. I wonder how to register new user, either the website or app can't register. Is that only with yes simcard then only can register?

The email is sent by them after having sim card? i just can't figure out how to register now. on app 1st page is "new user" and "log in". under new user cannot find how to register...

yes, wait til you receive the sim card.... it will tell you to register and scan the bar code on the card.

this is register your yes account. once you receive your sim . u just need to activate your sim card by scanning the bar corde will do.

you can manage all your yes number by sign in your yes account. one of user friendly app like yoodo, celcom. one account to manage all numbers.

Received the simcard and finally done the registration. it works on my tablet & phone, but no signal on ZTE MU5002 mobile router donno what happened. reset the router also won't work. I see youtube someone used MU5001 and works with Yes, how come not working on 5002. difference is only LAN port between 2 models.

They are trying to align your billing date. It’s actually a few days ahead. So they prorated the days until the actual billing date.

yay thanks. performance ok ka? The size is too big hard to hide in the office. need to hide under the desk and steal steal pull external antenna to get the signal. mobile router would be easy but donno why my ZTE MU5002 just refused to work with Yes5G can't even get 4G.
