This topic about after sales service of DELL malaysia..
Bought a Dell monitor 2years ++ ago and suddenly some lines appear on screen and lucky me it's still 3 months before warranty expired. Call Dell center to complain and surprise surprise my call went through with just a single call and after described the issue to customer service girl (yeah NO passing here and there), she then emel me a report to respond and horray next day which is today my new monitor delivered to my door on 1 to 1 replacement. so convenient and fast.
Good Job Dell !
P/s:
had some pleasant experiences too with Viewsonic and of course Apple Service.

dell is freaking awesome, i used to be dell seller back in 2010-2012, mainly alienware item, all 1 to 1 exchange. if no stock, they will do onsite sparepart replacement. freaking awesome!

bought a dell xps last time and had a problematic screen, they sent a technician to change the screen on site, didn't even know i had purchased the on site warranty or not, or is it by default for the warranty in the 1st year?

actually acer commercial also not bad, last time travelmate got problem call them then they arrange highpoint come on site but took them 3-4 days to process request and come
then second time charger rosak they straight courier me new one

yeah so far Dell has one of the top consumer post sales support geh
also experienced it years ago with old 15" monitor. like 2-3yrs past warranty and they still send free 1-1 replacement

True, during the crypto mining era, i bought so many alienware pc, sikit sikit complain most are my mistakes, they really layan and few hours later their people come to exchange with new parts. In several occasions i have exchanged
1. RAM sticks
2. Mobo
3. GPUs coz i opened to reapply thermal pastes and pad, mana tau not posting after that coz i chipped off some components accidentally.
Without any question or verify whether i already void warranty by damaging the sticker on the screw holes.
Their service really tip top i loike.
