This topic about after sales service of DELL malaysia..

Just bought a Dell monitor 2years ++ ago and suddenly some lines appear on screen and lucky me it's still 3 months before warranty expired. Call Dell center to complain and surprise surprise my call went through with just a single call and after described the issue to customer service girl (yeah NO passing here and there), she then emel me a report to respond and horray next day which is today my new monitor delivered to my door on 1 to 1 replacement. so convenient and fast.

had some pleasant experiences too with  Viewsonic and of course Apple Service.
