just ditch the qjmotor tbh, finding secondhand z900 is the best choice with your budget currently

dont fall for the brembo sweets they put on the qjmotor, nissin brake is just as good for our road 

also the srk600rc is pretty disappointing for a sportbike, too heavy at 225kg and not even 100hp
they just slap the same engine from srk600 and put on a different coverset
I found that adding handlebar riser for sporty-naked bike like z250, gsx-s750 can improve the riding position to be more upright
Doesn't even need much to add, just about 1 inch of height and it feels like a different bike

Hell I dont think 13L is even enough for my single cyc 373cc bike....how the hell did Suzuki think is that enough for a litre bike?

Some liter bikes only get 200km per tank even with 17L capacity because it will light up at 14L with 3L reserve, while some easily 300km. Not sure how's the Katana with that tank size.

If I'm not wrong Only the last batch of z800 have abs.

Z800 is heavy, 230kg++  and it's top heavy.  Difficult to ride as a street bike.

On my dominar, the low fuel light comes on early with about 2.5-3L of fuel remaining, so for my usual fill up is 20rm or about 9.6L (published tank size is 13L)

At speed about 160-170km@10L (130-140kmh cruising with some "Italian tune up" bursts up to 160) highway
Taken at a more pedestrian pace, 220km@10L

Highway at speed is a bit annoying though. I can't make it back to Ipoh from KL without the fuel light flashing after tapah. I can certainly do a 2 hour ride without stopping if not for the range anxiety once the fuel warning lights up.

Now I just do 110-120 just to make it back without stopping for fuel. Factor in time spent fueling up, there is no time saving by going faster.

That said, I was hoping the Dominar was a bit more frugal on fuel though, given it's a single cyc.

i get around that on mix riding... if tamer riding mebbe can get 230km before it blinks
