how come there is no VirtualBox for Apple Silicon Mac OS?? confused.gif

I want to install oracle on Mac OS..

Why vm?
Can't use docker meh?
I run all my Linux only service in container in a 4th gen i5 desktop CPU from HP.

new ISA support takes time la kawan, one or two years probably not enough.
they said got testbuild, then use it la.

apple silicon M1/M2 only for ppl who use their computer for office apps productivity and soc med

who ask u go use complicated applications like VMs etc? u really believe apple silicon is the world's fastest chipset even faster than x86 hahhaha?

apple support: just use aws/cloud.. owai.. mac book have wifi that can connect to router which then able to connect to the cloud for you to access your db.

but some people run productivity apps on puny 8gb ram, that wan i cant brain.

different architecture already.

your m macs are meant for graphic/audio processing la. like above poster said, go trade ur mac if still insist on using virtualbox. or get a window pc.

but but but.. nand chip/ssd still much slower than DDR5 RAM, "workable" yes, but i would not call that efficient... they have some other "magic", trust them, they are apple.
