one more thing to take note, if still under financing, not sure your bank will hand back the title to you or not. if hand over lawyer firm, normally bank is alright i.e their panels and with undertaking letter etc.

Yes it is, as you know our government sector working environment is not as efficient the private sector, by doing yourself, how well prepared you must need to attend at least 3 to 4 time land office for it.
1. To required all the information, obtained a checklist the documents needed to prepared. 2. To valified all the document/ maybe even involved some legal stage like sumpah (I not sure this got or not but some need this process) 3. Pay the renewal fee 4. Follow up the status. This is the minimun I predict, as lawyer firms business involved daily job go to land office, so for them it's their jobs, but for normal people, it's not easy to apply leaves for many day to do this stuffs. And sometime especially the payment counter will close at 2.30pm? Or 3.30pm. It's may waste your day if you don't know the department payment counter operation time. |

For other state so far not sure have any offer. So if you want to renew for sale, then anytime you can do especially now have 30% offer which is nice, if you are for ownstay, then not need rushing. |
