Guess I'm not Malaysian then if I prefer not to hunt for parking and willing to walk far as along as I don't need to put up with other people's bullshit during parking.

a lot of spaces gazetted for parks have been developed with condos.
especially those tamans
eg
bangsar
taman desa,
damansara
etc

don't talk about big parks - there are only very few
local parks in tamans are sorely lacking

also, every small plot will have a condo. DBKL doesn't care if the infrastructure can support it

i can forseen a lot families will go there sit together minum makan, then leave sampah at there.

Kesian, went penang George Town seaside, disappointed by the sampah near the shores.

penang really need a MRT line from prai to island & connect airport to all the major malls and tourist attractions
