Depend on how and ho is using. Fabric can or cannot last long. Attract dirt like clothes. Faux leather - will get cracked and peeled off like after several years Real leather can last much longer than all above I believe but not cheap nowadays My sofa lasted 15 years before started showing crack. Well, maybe I never do anything to maintain it. codercoder liked this post
