Is it near the open air parking space across POS Malaysia one right? Many years ago i tried, it is really nice. Dunno how they make the banana feel like got caramel inside. The other stuff also nice. Probably the batter.

Pisang goreng in Malaysia.

1. Made from black pisang. Basically rotten.
2. Fried in blacked oil. Basically no longer considered oil, more like grease.
3. Two words. Cheese meleleh.
4. Kerak / Hbuk / Ranggup

when a shop been given the title of any Michelin. i auto say its rubbish food with expensive price tag.

bangkok ones taste different.. they put sesame and coconut bits (or maybe santan, i dunno) into the batter.

The banana already rot. Fully covered in black or at least with maximum black dots possible. And covered in black bag to induce ripening gas ethylene production.

So end up with just fried flour with something mushy/rot content. And oil soaked.

first i wanna make sure 1 thing 1st before i'm judging or people say i'm judgy
i bought banana fritters from multiple stalls already....this is not a race thing, bought from malay and chinese
but they all have the same problem which i don't know this is a WM thingy or just seller problem
are they all have pulp or seed in them?...i mean is this normal or just specific seller issue?

because i've been eating banana fritters at sabah all my life and it never had seed/pulp inside
so this suddenly became not normal to me

i don't wanna take about the price or the batter yet....just having the pulp/seed inside, it's a huge red flag already

Over here, local sellers don't make enough money, neither think through why those processes are good.
