take a few days off

if severe burnout u might need months off work to fully recover

if u employee - continuous burnout better change job, employer doesnt care. employee just an replacable asset. u die, find new one. u good at your job, then business good, means more money for employer. the most basic human nature, greed and shellfishness. and foundation of all business, to increase shareholders wealth. the rest u figure yourself out.

If u are employer, find employee that can help you la.

I quit and change my working environment. Still have to work, so slowly recover while at new environment.

Currently working in the UK. Had a massive burnout here. Foreign country, other traditions, people. Hard to adapt.
What helps me is taking CBD. I go to a medical cannabis clinic, Mamedica, and they help with the dosage and keep up with my symptoms. So that's what I recommend to others.
