i checked today, but my order still says being prepared still.

i asked live chat, they said this

I asked will my order be shipped today the 26th? then they reply like that. Not very reassuring


if the collection/delivery is from 31st July, why is mine showing 26th July on their website? lmfao

My watch 7 order finally dispatched, i.e. pick up by DHL at 10:48pm yesterday night. The "Out for Delivery" is actually meaning "Pick up by courier". DHL tracking can track the shipment already, hopefully today or tomorrow can get it.

Not sure about celcom.
Am using maxis esim for my watch 6 LTE. And only certain postpaid packages can get esim for watch.

Just went to bluecube which is now celcomdigi store, they said if previously using digi yes there's still esim support for galaxy watch LTE.

But because of the merger happening now, they're in the midst of testing and consolidating the backend processes. No timeline on when celcomdigi will provide esim to Galaxy watch LTE.

It's also funny because they do sell Samsung LTE watches on their website/app but no esim support yet.

I just don't understand why they can do it with Apple watches but not Samsung watches.

The person at counter said for existing customers who already have esim for Samsung watch, yes .

But for new applications, don't have. Put on hold.

hm interesting that some people who got charged already for preorder yet have yet to receive their item, they asked for a partial refund for the delay and some got it
