like the movie.. a lot.. well balance in every way.. love, comedy and cruelty. But the ghost brothers in the show kept reminding me of the ghost in Hogwarts ( Harry Potter Movie )

maybe those who're not familiar with british TV might not know this, but all the ghosts are actually famous british talk show hosts and stand up comedians. some of the jokes apparently relates to a few of their "trademark" shows, but i didnt get it. my wife did, bcoz she loved those shows alot.

Just got back from seeing this movie and I loved it. The changes done to the movie were definitely for the better.

All the performances were really good and it seemed true to the feel of the novel. Charlie Cox was excellent as Tristran but the real surprise for me was Claire Danes. I never particularly liked Danes before this, but found her to be perfect as Yvaine.

I look forward to owning this on DVD.

the song is very popular here in the UK. it has been coined as the song that will bring back "take that" to its former glory. or so they say biggrin.gif.
