They should have brought the BZ4X, new Prius here before the ATTO3 to catch the market. Now a bit susah already since the price range does not favor them.
I suggest Toyota Malaysia keep only selling Vios, Yaris Cross and Hilux while downsizing until outdated and end of business here.

Many years ago when there were articles about BYD being the sole public transport EV providers seemes like nothing. Then when they announed their first electric car, that caught investors attention. TESLA may be #1 on innovation and all that. But BYD is still sales king even if their interface is not as high tech as TESLAs. BYD is the Toyota of China.

Some development in HEV. But now losing ground to BEV since governments are giving more incentives to BEV.
Way behind in BEV development. Struggle to keep up with price cut from competitor.
Ahead in hydrogen development. But lack infrastructure and nobody buying it.

Toyota shd focus on hydrogen fuel maybe can make a come back .
Too late for EV , cant fight the price and tech already

For malaysia market. the latest vios is a joke, innova is for the T20 although is meant to be for M40.
