We usually prefer Bordeaux wines - waifu has developed quite a taste for the usual suspects, Mouton, Lafite and her personal favorite, Cos d’Estournel. I don’t mind the nose of a Margaux but I’m really not a big fan.

Wife just opened a case of the 2016 Cos… 100 pointers from multiple sources. We’re keeping an unopened case for the next 10 days to see if it gets any better than what it already is now.

next 10yrs or 10 days ? cos d'estourn peak maturity shud b 15-20yrs. try get a 2009 though is 2x price of 2016 but was a great vintage. or just get more 2016 n keep a decade lol
