Coach/Manager is the most important in football....is like the same for a company the CEO....we keep sacking till we get it right..because thats what elite club does...look at real madrid, bayern munich....there no such manager last there for 20 years or even 10 years.

People think Poch will win us the trophies, maybe he will or not ....he dont have to be the one...he just need to develop our players and get us top 4 and if he cant win us the trophies, then we replace with a manager that can

1) Chelsea starting from the midtable, if poch can bring chelsea to top 5/6 then good lets see he can win trophies or not...if cannot

2) Another manager will bring us to top 3 and win us trophies

3) Top 1 and consistently win trophies , no manager out there expect for Pep, Ancelotti

Chelsea need to get to (1) first before we see (2) and (3)


We had Tuchel which was always at (2), tactics was solid, make the right sub at the right time, tactics better then Poch, never gave excuses...too bad owner axe him...owners are to be blame too like why we signing kids only, sacking everyone too soon and not slowly doing it but what I cant blame them is spending money...they invested alot of money...players they buy are not this bad.....not 11th or 10th bad this is down to coaching...if we were 7th,6th, or 5th I wont be complaining much but we are not.
