Sure, poch isn't that winning coach that will bring us trophies, but i like the progress we're seeing here... We're building something and i'd hate to disrupt that right now

This season unearthed so many near world class players like palmer, caicedo, gusto.... they're young and they'll only get better

This is in stark contrast to how last time we always won something because the manager is a genius but always there's that feeling a squad overhaul and further oversight is badly needed

Can finally see the spine forming, maybe some reinforcements in ST and CB role, next season i predict we will get better and challenge for top 4

Under Poch, already can see the players n mood building in the team, can see results. But the management have problems w the manager. Already know Poch wont be the manager that stays long to build the team. Thats why i’m not so excited anymore w this club.

The management wants the manager to report everything. They want to “influence” things, makes decision lah. In other words, micro-manage. They also seem like dont want the team n club built around the manager. They ARE the manager, not the manager that has full managerial power.

Poch wants more experienced players, the mgmt wants young players. They have this vision of building a young, formidable team. This seems to give the impression they want young manager too.

Anyway, get used to the fact that Boleh n his men r playing real life Football Manager
