Previously my house in Puchong is still under Hakmilik Sementara Daftar, the Lot no and PT no are given a number. However when the MPSJ take over and convert it to Hakmilik Tetap, the house is given different Lot no and PT no.

May I know is it supposed to like this or it should use back the previous Lot no and PT no during Hakmilik Sementara Daftar?

Do I need to go to the MPSJ office to change it?

change at land office.

surrender the previous title, pay some money and get the new final title (eg. geran /geran mukim/ pajakan negeri / pajakan mukim)

Yes, it's normal and the conversion of temporary title from Hakmilik Sementara Daftar [H.S.(D)] to final title (Hakmilik Tetap like Geran / Pajakan Negeri) is done by the land office, not MPSJ. The new title no., lot no. etc. would be reflected in your next cukai tanah. If the original H.S.(D) title is with you, you can exchange it with the final title at the land office. I usually let my lawyer handle this for me biggrin.gif

Shouldnt the land office PT and lot no is the main one? MPSJ should follows land office PT & lot no?

I already got the individual title from the land office, just than MPSJ PT & lot no not tally.

Land office is the right one. Maybe MPSJ hasn't update their record. If you mind, you can bring a copy of the title and cukai tanah to MPSJ and ask them to update their record

Can it be done online or email? Or I have to personally go there to change it?

I think it depends on the majlis. I managed to do it once by just phone call but it took them more than 6 months to update
