Yes, it's normal and the conversion of temporary title from Hakmilik Sementara Daftar [H.S.(D)] to final title (Hakmilik Tetap like Geran / Pajakan Negeri) is done by the land office, not MPSJ. The new title no., lot no. etc. would be reflected in your next cukai tanah. If the original H.S.(D) title is with you, you can exchange it with the final title at the land office. I usually let my lawyer handle this for me May I know is it supposed to like this or it should use back the previous Lot no and PT no during Hakmilik Sementara Daftar?
