Why would Berjaya 7-11 reject 1.3bn from Carlyle for 900m in BIG instead. Suspect there is some convertible component or a share swap into the enlarged entity.

After IPO, Vincent Tan will buy the share and do a reverse takeover of BIG Pharmacy. Then he will own an entity that was once BIG and Caring Pharmacy....wahahahaha
