QUOTE(victorian @ Feb 18 2024, 05:01 PM) I'm assuming these are low dense landed developments because it is not in close proximity to the MRT and is likely out of reach to the masses. Maybe. Plus it's in between Ara Damansara & Tropicana. 1.5 million and above and the very least I may consider to buy this too in the future. Quite close to MRT Kota Damansara for the upper part of PJ East. ![]() |

QUOTE(pinan @ Feb 18 2024, 10:38 PM) It is actually stated to be 3m/10ft (http://www.tezuka-arch.com/english/works/h...njo-no-machiya/) It's 2024 and the windows provided by developer for terrace and townhouse are really small like those in 90s.![]() Anyway, i think the 3 storey height, facade design and dark paint used for the link houses in Dedaun Rimba makes them look narrower than they actually are. ![]() Eg townhouse by Sime Darby was launched few years ago in Bukit Jelutong, it has big windows for natural ventilation. Looks modern too. ![]() jojolicia liked this post

QUOTE(victorian @ Nov 26 2025, 05:26 PM) Well, I'm also replying to your statement "<2km away MRT/LRT". Agree with the ranking especially MRT1, it goes to hot spot location[attachmentid=11522305] If you can show me how to get <2km that will be great, cuz I am looking for one too. And mind you, there's a big difference of within walking distance and within driving distance. If you need to drive out, it doesn't matter so much if its 3 km or 5 km. You still need to drive and be subjected to the jam and the parking charges, that's the inconveniences. And not to say that I am bias, but I will rank LRT2 the lowest from the list for accessibility. You will need to depend mainly on interchanges to get to your workplace. Personal ranking: MRT1> LRT1> MRT2> LRT2 |
