It depends on you...and also whether is during peak season or not.
I like fancy things all these while tat's why Disneyland seems to be my dreamland....plus when I visit there is low season during Jun09, so no need q so long and I can enjoy almost every performance and games there...

1. The Peak (i.e. Victoria Peak)
2. Victoria Habourfront (i.e. Tsim Sha Tsui's Star Avenue)
3. Mong Kok (e.g. Ladies Street, but it's quite like Petaling street, can walk around Fa Yuen Street & Sai Yeung Choi Street & Langham Place )
4. Giant Buddha on Lantau Island (can visit Tung Chung Citygate Outlet Mall as well)
5. Ocean Park
6. Disneyland, if you fancy their characters or has not been to any Disneyland out of HK
7. Central, to view some famous skyscrappers of HK
8. Repulse Bay + Stanley (luxury housing & beach in Repulse Bay, flea market in Stanley)
Yes, should spare 1 day for Disneyland especially on weekends & public holidays. But I heard some people can finish it within half day, so it depends on the crowd on the day you visit.

Ocean Park is way better and more worth 'coz it's bigger and with more thrill rides! But their entrance fee will be raised after 8 Oct 2009, from HKD208 raise to HKD250 per adult.
DEC is winter sale, items might not be suitable for M'sian summer weather. So if you're targetting on fashion items, you may be disappointed la...
