to be honest hotels in city centre can merely squeeze up 4 ppl inside
some of them are oni design to sleep oni 2 person/2 single beds
the bed is so small and the corrider is so narrow as well
so i think u should get rooms at outskirts or further from city center but u will need to spend more on transport unless u get the tourist unlimited pass

Yes, 1 day = 3 meals
a wantanmee will settle u around $18-$26 add $3-5 for drinks
or Set A/Set B normally around $40-$60 depends on location or type

The pass can be obtain at any MTR station i guess
i am not sure as i am using octopus card

if not mistaken, there's 2 YMCA in HK
so u need to check which YMCA is that

this is the ordinary room size in hk city center

so i doubt it's big enuf to accomodate 4 ppl
or u need to get family suite from Hotel Bridal Tea House link
their price is consider okay for their location and condition
