I signed SPA for a freehold subsale landed property in Jan and partial loan repayment was done in May. But last week i just got the keys. There was a 1.5months gap between partial disbursement and final disbursement. Is it normal and if the delay is due to my lawyer/banker, can i charge the progressive interest to them?
