LOL... truly amazed at what ferrari fan can say, eh miss bryant
I remember the twin towers first used by Jordan at that time. Next race, Ferrari copied it
This is how F1 cars look alike. Top designer doesnt need other team spec to try another team aerodynamics setups, they can just built one, run it and see if they can gain any advantages from it.
I was talking about spygate la. And yes, even fans set double standards, so before you want to bash me on being hypocritical, I'll admit it myself. What is the point wasting positive energy on a team that doesn't affect you?

Lewis has made all the right noises hasn't he? It's just that Dennis hasn't helped a lot.

I think Toyota did have their headquarters raided by investigators. There was an investigation. Not sure what happens after that, probably Toyota decided to settle it out of court?
Having other teams intellectual properties is wrong. What Ron Dennis should have done is to go straight to the police to report both employee. He didn't. Instead he let them run it in their simulator.
There was once a case where 2 Coke employee went to their rival companies with some formula. The rival company immediately lodge a police report. lol
There was an investigation but do you think Ferrari would have pursued harder if it were someone closer in the standings? I certainly do.
Well I have to agree that the FIA imposed double standards regarding Spygate 2. I expected the same fines and exclusion from the WCC. Regarding McLaren and whether they did or did not use information, just read that the 2008 car 'may be under investigation.'
Didn't Rubbens exit the pit lane while the lane had red lights? That should mean he shouldn't keep his points, no? And as for Ferrari, everything that went right for us in the season ender didn't happen in this season's opener! FECK!
he served the penalty already. at the end of the race the tv director showed the replay why he got penalised
He entered the pit lane while it was close! Anyway Rubens has been black flagged.
Barrichello disqualified
QUOTE
Sunday 16th March 2008
Rubens Barrichello handed Kimi Raikkonen a lifeline but it cames at some expense to the Honda driver who was disqualified from the Australian GP.
Barrichello finished the race in sixth place, a vast improvement on last year's Championship which saw him fail to score a single point.
However, the Brazilian lost his three points after the race stewards deemed him to have left the pitlane while the red light was on.
The punishment for this offence is disqualification, as seen by Felipe Massa and Giancarlo Fisichella at last year's Canadian GP.
Asked about the incident, an apparently bemused Barrichello replied: "I didn't see it."
The Honda driver's disqualification played into the hands of Ferrari as Kimi Raikkonen, who was classified ninth even though he didn't finish the race, moved up to P8, earning his first point of the season.
Not quite what Ferrari had wanted, but one is better than none.
Revised Classification 1. Hamilton McLaren 2. Heidfeld BMW 3. Rosberg Williams 4. Alonso Renault 5. Kovalainen McLaren 6. Nakajima Williams 7. Bourdais Toro Rosso 8. Raikkonen Ferrari
The Iceman knows that every points count. So new engine for Sepang then
