just now when i was driving,.. i got a called from whatsapp call 018-238 5176,.. with Digi logo on profile picture,.. said,.. Digi is giving a promotion,.. this 3 months free post paid monthly fees,...

so i said,.. "betul kah,.. tapi saya ada 2 nombor sama account ini,..dua dua pun free kah ??"

he pause a bit like dunno i got 2 number on my account, then said " ya betul,.. dua dua pun free ",..

then i got sms notification sound,.. i'm driving so lazy to see,..so i try to end the conversation,.. " okay thank you ,..yah ??"

he's like not wanting me to hang up,.. keep asking me did i receive the sms ??,.. i said yes,.." tapi, saya pandu,.. tak boleh tengok,.. u apa mau cakap, nanti call balik, boleh ?? "

but he like become impatient,.. keep pushing me to look at the sms,..then there's another sound of SMS notification,..

i'm a bit angry liao,.. not as if i really hadap for your free promotion,.. and his persistence making me doubt on scam,... so scold him, " lu gila kah ??.. saya pandu lar,.. lu mau saya accident kah ??.. ",.. and hang up on him,..

back at home,.. i see the last 2 sms,..



the 2 message is TAC number,.. if this is a scam, how do they can channel the message using Digi notification center ??... should i go Digi center to query them ??.. or just waste of time to report scam ???

yalor,.. normally if got promotion that lower than my existing fees,.. they never promote to me,.. i have to find out myself, and renew contract on lower fees,..

what for ??.. my Digi account not linking to my bank or debit card,.. not even link to google pay,..

I used to received call from digi number 2000 or the one 1818, they will offer me promo as I have been with them for a long time, but it was legit la, that was few years back, not I scare also if I receive those call

I had a smiliar experience. I suspect someone was trying to hack into my prepaid account - maybe use whatever balance I had to top-up for another number.

I suspect someone was trying to access my account through website and maybe make whatever purchase that is allowed on the site. Just my suspicion. I do not know for certain.

I don't know, I didn't do anything, suddenly get SMS like this, for the last one, got WhatsApp call using Maxshit logo and what to give me 3 month free subscription I think for upgrade plan. I knew it was a scam.
