Even the original restaurant in BKK uses canned crab meat. The restaurant does sell the can of crab meat if you want to buy it.

What matter is who cooked it. In BKK, Jay Fai still cooks the crab omelette herself. In Malaysia, dunno which chapalang chef cooks it. That's the different, apart from the price which is double of what original restaurant is charging. Hahaha.

Better just fly to BKK to eat it la.

who tell u jay fai use canned crab meat, i was there before pandemic and aunty said she buy all meat from pasar.

gai were using canned meat from thailand, i think freshness is gone when they reach our shore.
