 Condo with long living room with windows

Hi guys. I'm looking to buy a new condo with budget ideally less than RM 800k. I'm trying to look for a place where they have long and wide living room with windows. With or without balcony is not important. Looking within klang valley area. Older buildings like 10years old or ready within 1 year is perfect.

Need some recommendations on what projects have this requirement. Some that I found:

Cheras - Windows on the park
PJ - Cora plus
Puchong - Zefer hill

I know The Legacy OUG has a living room surrounded by multiple windows. You can checkout the layout.

windows on the park is nice, not sure if can get below 800k, launching time also above that price :X

really? havent been there for long time, thought it was nice, just the location not my fav, near light industrial area

Sister used to stay there. Very quiet place. But occupancy seems low. Many still has banner to put on sale / rent.

How long is long and how wide is wide la... I presume you are looking for square size living hall than rectangular?

Yes. I don't want the rectangular type where you walk directly into a small balcony from the main door.

Living room surrounded by windows or wide enough to fit TV + sofa and a dining table behind the sofa.

Heyyy, sorry missed out on this. This is Irama Wangsa. Personally, having stayed in Wangsa Maju for so many years, I love this development a lot especially with the 4 acre private park inside.

No problem. Irama wangsa, The highly acclaimed resort style in Wangsa Maju. My friend has a unit there too but I haven't visited. Their price so far is good, didn't see much drop. Maintanence is also affordable. Wonder how they manage to keep it low.

Maintanence upkeep all good?

Honest opinion, I think for a 6 years old condo, it's been pretty well maintained. Some normal wear and tear but otherwise, it still looks pretty new to me. Was in the waterproofing industry previously and I have seen quite a lot of nightmarish developments that the buyers has no choice but to be stucked with it 🥲

Rental wise, it's pretty average but the quality of the owners staying there are really good. Would say at least 90% are for own stay

Beneton, the developer has so far really been building some good quality stuffs.

You should visit your friend soon haha, then can check out this unit as well while I still have the key to it 😂

i agree. for a 6 year old condo, it looks very new. price also not bad 500k-600k+

90% for own stay is a very good sign.

my friend's unit i think swimming pool area, do they also have windows like this too?
