No problem. Irama wangsa, The highly acclaimed resort style in Wangsa Maju. My friend has a unit there too but I haven't visited. Their price so far is good, didn't see much drop. Maintanence is also affordable. Wonder how they manage to keep it low.

Maintanence upkeep all good?

i agree. for a 6 year old condo, it looks very new. price also not bad 500k-600k+

90% for own stay is a very good sign.

my friend's unit i think swimming pool area, do they also have windows like this too?
