Honest opinion, I think for a 6 years old condo, it's been pretty well maintained. Some normal wear and tear but otherwise, it still looks pretty new to me. Was in the waterproofing industry previously and I have seen quite a lot of nightmarish developments that the buyers has no choice but to be stucked with it 🥲Maintanence upkeep all good? Would say at least 90% are for own stay Beneton, the developer has so far really been building some good quality stuffs.
