Why do this?
I have to do touch and go when I walk out from MRT bus to get back my RM2.

why dont just let us touch and go RM1 & be done with it?

the max fare is RM3 on other routes, and is depending on the distance you are travelling

On the MRT buses, the fare is fixed at RM1. So, the system will secure RM3 and refund to you. This process will be similar when highways are implementing the open toll payment system.

Same like you use credit card to pump petrol? First they charge rm200, then only adjusted to the actual amount

Most journey only cost rm1. Rm3 max fees per entry but refund back rm2 if touch to go down

Make a whole system just for your route? You know how many routes are there? It's simplified to avoid small issues and glitches. It's also easy to maintain making it cheap and affordable.
