I think this area better become 20 storey car park that rents out parking to surrounding condominiums and apartments.
Now add 600 units with only 1 carpark. If 50% of the units have 2 cars, then u will have 300 cars extra outside.

Waiting for government to initiate carpark project.... KL really need it.

Even 3 car parks are available, if the house is rented out for 5 working people. 2 of them still need to park outside.

A very convenient location with amenities at doorstep.

Good for first time homebuyers. Then again, investors (buy to let) will sapu in.

3 carpark is better than 1 carpark.
even 2 is better than 1.
Most household, almost 90% have 2 cars.
very few have 3 cars. Somemore this is first home buyers, most are young couples, not the one with 2-3 adult kids that owned their own cars.
And i dont think every unit is rented out... maybe few %.
this will leave a lot of empty space to be rent out for the unit that has 5 cars.
