but the hospital and administrative system all under who?
if employee do wrong, of fcourse employer have to be responsible also

exmaple if epal employee go leak all video to everyone , can apple say "oops i tatau o, itu ccb go leak himself all go sue him"

Government should take disciplinary actions on the doctors or sue them.

private lesser, the co paid hefty indemnity and medical malpractice insurance fees, furthermore your name naik court then no way local private hospital gonna hire you after that

if really so simple MO without experience, then MMA has already struck off his/her license already because that is not normal misconduct, its extreme serious misconduct already. Where got newbie without experience dare to conduct that kind of surgery? Sure got smtg hidden.

i find it unbelievable someone without experience would dare to cut open a person belly without any supervision

old drs also go locum

but usually since they are old they either got own private practice or they locum at their good friend's place
