Linari is real TOD property. As of last month, Linari currently left with bumi units. non-bumi if want to apply will go into waiting list since the developer will apply to release it to non-bumi if bumi lots are not taken up. It's more for own-stay owners than investment.

Completion estimate Dec 2027/Jan 2028

Why not sub-sale. It will be cheaper and you will know exactly what you will get. Only negative is that capital requirement much higher.
