If you're not sure how to perform cpr, better dont do it. Else it would worsen the patient situation. In this case, can see that instead of pumping the patient heart, that guy was pumping the patient abdomen where it may cause more harm than curing. There's a specific way of doing cpr and not doing like that guy did.

Best if to find if there is any AED devices around there. I think all sports arena should equipt with at least one AED device. Or if cannot, try to get or find someone who properly trained to perform CPR.
