I think the game makes people push beyond their limit
although its an indoor game & play relatively in a small court, the game intensity is hard to control & predict..if u play against competitive opponent the game intensity can easily escalate.. if not fit, 1 competitive round of 21 points is enough to make u flat..there's reason why badminton player train hard for their cardio..That was 15 years ago.
