Malaysia has a long way to go in terms of CPR knowledge as well as availability of AED.

In SG, there is an app for First aid response. Meaning if you Wana volunteer you can just install an app, and when there is an emergency it will alert you if you're nearby.also, first aid training is easily available there and males do NS have to learn also .

AED is available in most public places including HDB. In Malaysia, expensive condo got put AED?

So yes. Knowledge and infrastructure takda. Plus ambulance take longer to arrive also.
