I told many many people that "badminton is not an exrcise for you to get fit", many people laugh at me and say if not exercise and get fit how come i sweat and feel tired ?
Many didn't learn from the basic , i.e. how to jump , how to stretch, how to run, how to fall down etc...
Badminton just ngam2 is a favorite national sport, with indoor enviroment , rubber ground, can start with minimum pax, no collission, etc.. thus it become more and more popular among the people.
because lacking of basics, you see fat asses will not injured (got tired easily) they still can play very long time, but some step in the field, here injury there injury, sometimes i wonder how did that happen....
I wouldn't say i am fit , but just feel i'm lucky enough to not get injured and still aive despite many extreme ocassions
